If you have an account on our website and you’ve added your e-Gift Card to your account, you may check all your Gift Card balances by visiting the “My Account” page of our site and click Gift Cards in your account menu.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my e-Gift Card in the store?
Yes! Just bring in a print out of your e-gift card and let us know you’d like to use it in the store. We’ll verify the amount available and use that for your purchase. If a balance remains, we’ll write that on your receipt and adjust the amount remaining on the website so you can use the remaining balance, if available, for in-store on online purchases.
Can I use my in-store purchased Gift Certificate on the website?

Gift certificates purchased in the store (see sample) must be converted to an e-Gift Card first. To do so, please bring your gift certificate to the store and we’ll be happy to convert it for you!
I lost my gift certificate / gift card, can you replace it?
In-Store Purchased Gift Certificates
In-store purchased gift certificates can not be looked up or otherwise retrieved, so please treat them like cash. Anime and Things is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced in-store purchased gift certificates.
Gift Cards Purchased Through Our Website
If you purchased your gift card via our website, we may be able to look up your gift card and email you a copy of the original if you can provide proof of purchase or verifiable info to prove ownership. The emailed copy may not reflect your current balance. To help avoid issues with lost e-gift cards, we encourage you to add any e-gift cards you receive to your account through the My Account page.
