How Much is Shipping?
Shipping costs are based on your order value before sales tax (the subtotal). Your shopping cart will display the shipping cost after filling out required information within the shipping estimate fields.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is provided via email. Shipping costs are subject to change.

When Can I Expect to Receive My Order?
Please remember that we are a small operation without people to pack 24/7. We generally gather items for shipment during regular store hours and try to get all shipments ready for carrier pick-up within 24 hours after you place your order. These times may be a little longer during weekends and holidays. If we feel it will take longer than usual to pick and pack your order, we will contact you to let you know.
We ship USPS Priority Mail and most orders shipped within the continental United States arrive within 3-5 days, but please allow up to 10-14 days to receive an order before contacting us. All orders include tracking once completed and scheduled for pick up by USPS. If you have not received your order after 14 days, please contact us within 60 days after original estimated delivery to let us know and we will do what we can to help.
Shipping to AK, HI, and Puerto Rico: These orders are generally delivered within 5 mailing days after the order is shipped. However, these locations may require additional delivery time.

Local Pick Up at Our Store
Local Pick Up is available if you are local and/or visiting our area. Simply place your order, select “Local Pick Up at Our Store”, and when you receive the Order Complete email, you can come pick it up during our regular store hours!
Please note that all Local Pick Up orders will be automatically cancelled and refunded if not picked up within 14 days after the order is placed.
International Orders: Customs, Fees, Taxes, and Shipping Times
Please Contact Us for a custom shipping & handling quote, for your required approval, before placing an International order.
International orders must be prepaid in US Dollars via credit card.
Orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to customs, duty fees, and taxes. We are not responsible for these fees. These fees are governmental in nature and cannot be refunded, as they are not charged or collected by us. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees or specific import requirements, please contact your local customs office.
International shipping times are not guaranteed. Clearing customs can add significant delay to an international orders. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control and not reflected in estimated shipping times. When placing an international order, please make sure to include a local telephone number and email where you can easily be reached.
If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.
